Have a shot of Sake! It’s an alcoholic beverage made from Japan which my friend took out. Fresh from the box and was still sealed, we had it opened and tried it. First time to have a shot of this type and the taste was fine, it was smooth and not that strong, but once inside your system, woooh, it’s hot.
Sake is made just like the brewing process on how beer is made, but the brewing differs. In beer, the conversion of starch to sugar and sugar to alcohol occurs in two discrete steps but with sake they occur simultaneously. An undiluted sake is 18–20% alcohol, but is often lowered to around 15% by diluting the sake with water prior to bottling.
